What you will do:
- Design intuitive and user-centric experiences for analytics, reporting, and commercial intelligence products
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and requirements discovery sessions
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business SMEs, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and Development teams
- Ensure consistency across user interfaces, design systems, and digital products
- Support usability testing and continuous improvement initiatives
What we are looking for:
- Advanced English for collaboration with global teams
- Solid experience in UI/UX Design for enterprise applications
- Strong experience with Figma and modern design systems
- Experience designing data-intensive platforms, dashboards, analytics, or BI solutions
- Knowledge of user research, usability testing, and human-centered design methodologies
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with business stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, or Commercial/Trading platforms
- Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional product teams
- Background in agriculture, commodities, supply chain, or commercial analytics
