What you will do: 

• Drive the organization's AI adoption strategy across the product development lifecycle, ensuring measurable improvements in delivery performance, quality and business outcomes.
• Identify, prioritize and scale high-impact AI initiatives, transforming successful local experiments into reusable practices, frameworks and solutions.
• Lead the adoption of AI-powered engineering and design tools, promoting their effective use across development teams.
• Define and embed AI-enabled practices throughout the Product Lifecycle Development Cycle (PLDC), from requirements and design to development, testing, documentation and release.
• Establish and monitor delivery performance and product outcome metrics, including DORA metrics, to measure the impact of AI adoption initiatives.
• Build and foster a global community of AI champions, encouraging collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute a global AI roadmap, ensuring visibility, alignment and progress across teams and leadership.
• Promote Responsible AI principles, ensuring compliance with security, privacy, governance and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with product, architecture and engineering teams to accelerate the adoption of AI-driven practices and technologies across the organization.

What we are looking for: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems; Postgraduate studies in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or related fields.
• Fluent English;
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, including Agile methodologies, DevOps culture and CI/CD practices.
• Proven experience using DORA metrics and delivery performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and engineering excellence.
• Solid software engineering background with hands-on experience leading or supporting AI initiatives, including governance, security, privacy and Responsible AI practices.
• Experience applying AI and GenAI technologies to software development, product engineering and developer productivity initiatives.
• Experience with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Claude Design and similar solutions.
• Strong understanding of GenAI concepts and frameworks, including LLMs, prompting, RAG, agents, orchestration frameworks, LLMOps and evaluation practices.
• Experience with Python and AI platforms such as Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Databricks, MLflow or similar technologies.
• Strong systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to scale successful initiatives into reusable organizational capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills in global and multicultural environments.

Nice to have: 

• Experience in Solution Architecture or Enterprise Architecture environments.
• Experience leading communities of practice, guilds or champion programs.
• Experience within fintech, payments or other highly regulated industries.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as GDPR and PCI DSS.
• Familiarity with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex or Semantic Kernel.
• French language proficiency.
